Where are we going?
Retro Aerospace is a small, innovative group of engineers and scientists
working to make Space travel, exploration, and commerce as easy and
common as aviation was in the middle years of the 20th century.
Expendable thousand ton rockets built to the precision of swiss watches
will never accomplish affordable common access to and use of space;
we need new approaches, new solutions, new people.
Some of these new ideas are looking back into the past:
simpler, rugged, rockets.
Some are looking into the future, using appropriate engineering
to enable exploration and development, reduce costs and weight,
but only where the benefits are the strongest.
In all cases, Retro is committed to analyzing and providing
economical, solidly engineered, reliable solutions to the
problems of space launch, commerce, exploration, and beyond.
